First we would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Heiko, Juliette, Robin en Ilja Lapp and moved to the beautiful Zillertal in August 2007. With this move our dream came true!

A lot of activities can be experienced in this area as well in the summer as in the winter. Not only Mayrhofen and Finkenberg offer you excellent skiing, also the Hintertuxer glacier is nearby.
Of course a pleasant and comfortable apartment is required!

With pleasure we can offer you one of our spacious an with care furnished apartments.
You can make a choice out of the following luxurious apartments:
a 2 persons apartment, a 4-5 persons apartment and a 6-8 persons apartment with your own garden or balcony and terrace.

Both you and your children will love it here. Apart from that we have toys available for the little children. In the summer they can make use of the trampoline and in the winter sleds are available and they can sledge next to our house.

Landhaus Sonnenschein is beautifully situated and within walking distance of the centre of Mayrhofen. The unobstructed view is idyllically and our house is situated ideal for walkers and bike excursions.

Winter guests enjoy a free ski taxi service which stops in front of the house and brings you within 5 minutes to the ski lift. Information about the activities both in summer as in winter you can find this in the related links.
